First, let me say that Authenticities was incredible and did everything they could to make our trip as enjoyable as possible under ever changing circumstances. Overall, the trip was good. Everyone was incredibly helpful and looking to please. We had some amazing photo opportunities at sites that ordinarily would have been crowded, but at which we were the only people present. The weather was good. The accommodations were uniformly excellent. I would say that getting up close to the Leopards in Yala and climbing Sigiriya were the highlights. We also really enjoyed our time at the cinnamon plantation. Rupert and his wife are great hosts.
Overall, I am glad we did not delay our trip again, Sri Lanka is a beautiful destination.
